MONIKA STRUCZOWSKA, Head of Operations

Monika was born and bred in Zakopane and knows the town and its inhabitants very well. She has skied and snowboarded here since she was young and now has 25 years of winter experience in Poland. Monika has worked in other European holiday resorts but loves nothing more than showing people around her beautiful hometown. White Side Holidays are proud to be the only holiday operator in Zakopane that is actually owned and run by a local person, allowing us to show you all aspects of Zakopane from a local perspective. 

GARETH NICHOLLS, Head of Snowboarding

Gaz has been skiing and snowboarding since he was 8 years old. Having left school in his hometown of Hull, England after his A-Levels, he has been working winter seasons around the world as a snowboard instructor. His experience covers Canadian, Australasian and European ski resorts. With his experience of snowboarding around the world and recently of spending three winters instructing in Zakopane, Gaz is here to share his love of snowboarding with you.

TOMAS HAJEK, Head of Skiing

Tom grew up in the mountains just across the border from Poland in Liptovsky Mikulas, Slovakia. He is not only a very experienced skier but a great instructor with years of experience behind him. Tom has been skiing in Zakopane for a several years and will ensure that you learn new skills whilst having fun, skiing in a group appropriate to your level of ability.
